Our very first Afghan Hound, (I don't think it will be our last!). Fiona has had a soft spot for Affies for years.  Infact, if Fiona's not handling in the Dobermann ring, you'll no doubt find her at the Afghan ring....  watching!

We bought Breeze from the newly formed "Finix" Show Kennels (originally our breeder Fiona Nisbet (Nee Grant) was part of the very famous Firos Show Kennels).

We waited over 2 years for this very special little girl and it was certainly worth the wait.
Breeze's first show will be Blackpool Championship Show at the end of June and we are so looking forward to getting her in the ring.  Fiona's got alot to learn though, keep an eye on Breeze's coat in the future.  Fiona needs Grooming Table, Brushes, Stand Dryer, Combs and a snood! and the shopping list that goes on.on.on.

Breeze returned from Blackpool Championship Show (June 2009) and got 2nd in Minor Puppy Bitch.  She has qualified for Crufts 2010.

Our new and up incoming little star has done us so proud at Championship and Open Shows, she is only11 months old and here are some of her wins to date:  1 Reserve Best in Show, 4 Best Puppy in Shows, Hound Groups 1 & 4 and 4 Best of Breeds at thats only the Open Shows! Moving on to the Championship Shows, Breeze has been awarded 4-1st in Minor/Puppy Bitch Classes, 2 Best Puppy Bitches and 1 Best Puppy in Breed!  What more can we say...not bad for our first Afghan Hound!!!!!

Breeze also qualified for the Scottish Kennel Club Top Scottish Puppy of the Year, she competed in the Finals on the 7th February 2010 and got down to the last 6 puppies.  We were so proud of her that day.

She has now left her Puppy Career behind and lets hope she continues her success in the show ring in the Junior Classes.
